Professional Partners

Our clients deserve a team of partners—attorneys, CFPs, and advisors—whom they can trust when making life’s most important decisions. At Hallman & Associates, we believe that the team approach is the best way to provide our mutual clients with the most comprehensive and effective estate plan.

We help financial advisors identify long-term care needs, stocks and bonds outside the management account, and upcoming retirement needs that warrant IRA rollover. We also assist CPAs with comprehensive tax planning strategies and solutions. While our firm does not prepare tax returns, we are available to review them upon request. Attorneys and staff of Hallman & Associatesare not licensed to sell securities or insurance products.

Our approach to estate planning involves three distinct stages: identification of estate planning needs and goals; creation of the tools and documents necessary to achieve those needs and goals; and administration and enforcement of the same to carry out the client’s intentions.

When you refer your client to us, the process will look like this:

Step 1: Provide client with packet of information
Step 2: Free initial consultation
Step 3: Drafting meeting
Step 4: Complete funding process
Step 5: Follow up meeting with client to discuss comments and questions regarding drafts of estate planning documents
Step 6: Execute estate planning documents

Joint Marketing

Community outreach and continuing education are vastly important to us. Attorneys at Hallman & Associates frequently lecture on estateplanning matters in continuing education programs for other legal, financial, and business professionals. Please contact Hallman & Associates about hosting a joint seminar or luncheon for your office or firm.
